Chicken Wings

Yield: Approximately 16 servings

1 cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white wine
50 chicken wings

For the marinade combine soy sauce, brown sugar and wine. Lay chicken wings flat on a jelly roll pan and cover with the marinade. Bake about an hour and a half at 400o until brown and crisp. No need to turn.
