Four Cheese Blend Hurd Orchards 4 oz. cream cheese 3 oz. brie (ripe and sharp) cut up, including the rind ½ cup blue cheese crumbles ½ cup grated swiss cheese Have all cheeses at room temperature and blend with mixer or food processor the brie and cream cheese. Then add swiss and finally blue. Combine thoroughly but allow the mixtue to retain some texture. Refrigerate. The blend tastes best if prepared in advance several hours before serving. Keeps very well for at least a week and freezes wonderfully. Try spreading the blend on apple or pear wedges. |
