Chatterbox Cheese Puffs Thanks to Peggy Vandetti 1 cup Extra Heavy Hellman's Mayonnaise ¼ - ⅓ cup grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano) 2 scallions diced fine Toasted bread rounds Mix first three ingredients. Toast bread rounds (made from white bread and cut out with a round 1 inch cutter) in a 350o oven until golden. Mound cheese puff mixture on top of toasted bread rounds and refrigerate until ready to use. Bake at 350o until golden. Note: Cheese puffs should be made the day they are to be consumed. |
