Cheese Terrine Source unknown Yield: 16 to 18 slices ½ cup butter 6 oz. goat cheese container of pesto sun dried tomatoes pine nuts Mix the butter and goat cheese together until smooth. Line a loaf pan with Saran Wrap. Layer the ingredients in the the loaf pan beginning and ending with the cheese/butter mix. Chill. Serve at room temperature with crackers. |
