Quick Whole Wheat Bread

Yield: 1 loaf, 5x10x3-inches

3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup raisins, dates or nuts
2 cups buttermilk

Measure flour without sifting. Add all other ingredients. Add buttermilk last. Bake in greased loaf pan, 5"x10"x3", for 1 1/4 hours at 350o

Note: This is very easy and somewhere between a sweet bread and a yeast bread.
