2 cups chopped ripe red tomatoes (about 4 medium tomatoes)
½ cup diced green bell pepper
½ diced raw yellow squash
1 clove of garlic, minced
¼ cup diced onion (about ¼ of a small white onion)
¼ cup chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (juice of about 1 lime)
Salt to taste (optional)

Mix all the ingredients. Let them sit for half an hour so the flavors develop before serving. Recipe can be prepared up to a day in advance. If the salsa becomes extra juicy, you can drain some of the juice if you like.
