Curried Walnuts

2 cups walnuts or pecans
1 tsp. salt
1½ Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. curry powder

Preheat the oven to 300o. In a large pan melt the butter, add the nuts mixing well and toast for 30 minutes. When they are done, combine the curry powder and salt, sprinkle on the nuts and toss to mix. Spread the nuts on paper toweling to cool. Store in an airtight container.
