Yield: 6 3/4 cups
6 Tbsp. butter
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. seasoned salt or 3/8 tsp. garlic powder and 3/8 tsp. salt
6 cups Chex (Wheat, Corn and Rice)
¾ cup salted nuts
Heat oven to 250o. Slowly melt butter in shallow pan. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and salt. Add Chex and nuts. Mix until all pieces are coated. Heat in oven 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Spread on absorbent paper to cool.
Note: I am including this because it was such a stand-by in Delhi - along with Bugles (also known as yellows) and Gimlets.
