Barbequed Rice Cakes - Yaki-Onigiri

Sticky rice, cooked according to package instructions
Seasoning soy sauce
Sesame seed
Sesame oil

Season the rice sparingly with seasoning soy sauce, adding sesame oil and sesame seeds. Rinse a small form - ½ cup is about right - with cold water and then pack the rice into it as firmly as you can. Unmold the cake, make more cakes and when you are ready, either broil or barbeque them.

Note: Forms for the rice are available which can be packed from the top and pushed out from the bottem. And the seasoning soy sauce, diluted somewhat with water, makes a good dipping sauce.
