Chicken Loaf with Mushroom Sauce

For the loaf:
1½ cups milk
1½ cups chicken broth
4 well beaten eggs
2 cups soft bread crumbs
4 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup cooked rice
¾ cup chopped celery
1 tsp. salt

For the sauce:
¼ cup butter
6 Tbsp. flour
2 cups chicken broth
¾ cup chopped mushrooms
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. paprika
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup light cream

Blend loaf ingredients with crumbs. Spread in a 13"x9"x2" pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350o. For the sauce melt butter. Blend in flour, then slowly add chicken broth. Cook, stiring constantly, until thick. Add remaining ingredients. Allow to stand over hot water until time to serve.
