Sour Cream Chicken Unknown source 1 frying chicken, cut up 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. celery salt 2 minced garlic cloves 1/2 cup sour cream 2 cups fresh bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. table salt Mix together the lemon juice, Worcestershire Sauce, celery salt, minced garlic, and sour cream. Dip the chicken pieces in the mixture and then into the bread crumbs and paprika. Bake the chicken for 45 - 60 minutes in a 350o oven, until golden. |
