Baked Chicken Unknown Yield: 4 servings 2 ½ to 3 lb. chicken cut up or quartered ¼ cup melted butter ¼ cup flour ¾ tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. paprika Shake chicken in paper or plastic bag with flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Dry for ½ an hour. Melt butter in shallow open pan and arrange chicken skin side down. Bake for 30 minutes at 450o. Turn chicken skin side up and bake 15 minutes longer. |
