Honey Dressing
Three Rivers Cookbook II

Yield: 1½ cups

⅔ cup sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
⅓ cup honey
5 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 small onion, quartered
1 cup oil

Put all the ingredients except the oil in a blender or Cuisinart and blend well. Add oil in a slow steady stream, whirling constantly. Good with greens and fruit salads.
