Potatoes, Do Ahead Thanks to Eileen Yield: 12 servings 5 pounds potatoes 2 Tbsp. butter 1 tsp. salt ¼ tsp. pepper 1 cup sour cream (not low-fat) 1 8oz. package cream cheese (not low-fat) 1 tsp. onion salt Boil potatoes. Then mash and add all ingredients. Put in a buttered casserole and dot with butter. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate until ready to bake, for as long as 2 days. Bake at 350o for 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 15 minutes longer. |
